Receive Your Quotation
We'll send you a quotation covering: unit price (per piece), GST rate (18% for most plastic products), freight estimate to your location, lead time, and payment terms. Prices are firm for 7 days from quotation date. If your quantity is significantly larger or smaller than standard MOQ, we'll discuss custom pricing.
Confirm Your Order
Once you're satisfied with the quote, confirm the order in writing (WhatsApp confirmation is fine). We'll share our bank account details for advance payment. For first-time customers, we require 50–100% advance. For established customers with order history, payment terms can be discussed.
Production and Dispatch
Standard lead time for most nursery pot sizes is 3–7 working days for orders up to 10,000 units. Larger orders or custom specifications may take 10–15 days. We'll send you dispatch confirmation with the transport details (lorry receipt or courier tracking) once the goods leave our Bangalore facility.
Delivery and Invoice
Goods are typically delivered in 2–5 days after dispatch depending on your location. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued along with the shipment (or emailed separately). For B2B billing, we require your GSTIN. Payment of any balance amount is due on or before delivery.

MOQ varies by product. For most nursery pots (7 inch and above), MOQ is 1,000 units per colour. For smaller pots (3 inch to 6 inch), MOQ is 2,000 units. For PVC door fittings, MOQ is 25 units. For thread winding cones, MOQ is 2,000 units. Mixing sizes within a single colour is possible — contact us to discuss.
Do you deliver outside Karnataka?
Yes — we ship Pan India. Freight is charged at actuals based on weight, volume, and destination. We work with reliable transport partners and can arrange delivery to most districts across India.
